I graduated with a degree in communications and political science from Buena Vista University (BV) and I have a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Iowa.  I spent over 20 years in different fortune 500 businesses as a leader.  My most recent leadership position is in change management and helping people through organizational change.

 

In thinking through my career and the highlights, my favorite role is coaching others to find success.  I have a passion for helping individuals show up in their organizations at their highest potential.  I love working with people to find their purpose and discover how to work through challenging transitions.

 

Knowing my strengths and what I enjoyed most about my careers, I decided to pursue a coaching certification.  I am now certified as a coach through the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC).  I also became an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner and a COR.E Leadership Dynamics specialist.  I am a member of the International Coaching Federation.
